Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, configure email filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your mailboxes against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited messages will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just choose the e-mail box you would like to forward mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else.
